Over the years, I’ve purchased vehicles from different dealerships, and unfortunately, not all of those experiences were positive. At one particular dealer, I was treated with rudeness and indifference. The staff there seemed to view me as nothing more than a number, rather than a valued customer. That kind of treatment left me frustrated and hesitant about going through the car-buying process again. When I decided to take a chance and walk into this dealership, I was immediately struck by how different the atmosphere was. From the very beginning, I was treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care. Brendan, Big Mike, Anthony, and John went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my experience was seamless. It was just an oil change and a mileage milestone. Samantha Dubois, the customer service rep, is always a pleasure to work with and should receive plenty of kudos. The whole crew at the dealership have been my point of service for my 2022 Equinox pretty much since I purchased the automobile.

I was lucky enough to get a Saturday service appointment for my 2024 GMC 2500 AT4x which had a slow air leak in my L/R tire. I was also due for an oil change. Trevor, the service writer/Assistant Service Manager ordered me a new tire ; administered the needed oil change ; installed the new tire ; balance all for wheels ; and flushed my driveline fluids… and they did so without damaging my truck. Great effort by all including tech Mike Klirkin.

everyone was so helpful and friendly. An experience that could be very intimidating on your own, was not. I had been to 9 dealerships in the area because I was considering buying a new car but it wasn't a must and I did not have my heart set on anything. I have bought 8 new cars previously and at least 6 used cars and I have NEVER been so happy with a salesperson as I was with Christa. She was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and patient. Your service staff that have retired were always so friendly. The present staff this time and the few other event visits, are very efficient, professional, and helpful. But the person who assisted me didn’t smile (in her voice) until I was leaving. Again, she was very helpful and efficient!! As for the service part, I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready in @ an hour; I expected @2 hours for the inspection. Thank you! I do like your staff. I hope dealership found a way to defrost the outside door to service as it was covered with ice. I know the overhang was dripping and it was frigid out; but doorway apron and the door handle had much ice. Not sure of the solution (maybe door handle covers to be able to grip the handle.? Tough for staff and customers.

Friendly staff and reliable service

Everyone in The Service Dept. (at Hudson Buick GMC) is beyond excellent...Especially, Trevor Greenstone! I completely trust them and know that whenever I need their help, they are always there...My car is in The BEST of Hands and the repairs are done right (The First Time) and they also make an effort to get your car back (to you) as quickly as possible. This dealership is truly run with Great Care for not only the vehichles, but with Great Care (and Kindness) for their customers, as well!!

I went into Hudson to make an appointment for my car, (oil Change) they told me, "We can do that now for you if you would like?" I said YES! As usual Hudson does it again. I cannot say enough kind words about their dealership and their staff, Samantha, Trevor and Steven and the rest of the team have always been great to me. THANK YOU! Best Dealership in the county!

Service representative who assisted me was pleasant, knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned about assisting me. He called me by telephone to advise me of the work that have to be done on the status of the service. You also helped me to set up the mobile app on my cell phone.

Very pleased with the Service reps. They worked with me to resolve what could have been a VERY expensive repair. Even though my extended warrenty had expired, it was determinrd that my transmission failure was a known problem and arrangements were made with GMC to pick up part of the cost of repair.

I needed to reschedule my NYS inspection due to a snow storm. Trevor was able to get me in before month end and I am all set. Always a good experience!

Trevor in the service department is a 5 star employee I’ve been dealing with him on and off since September he is truly a pleasure to work with . Very honest and trustworthy and always makes me feel heard . Because of him I can come back for work needed on my 2018 encore and never feel like I’m being taking advantage of . Car places need more employees like him .

They help you make the best choice for you and your family when it comes to making sure you and your family is safe , when buying a car or suv or a truck. Safety come first. They are so kind to the customer. They have refreshments for the customers , coffee, water, juice , snacks, healthy snacks too. It's just a great place to by a vehicle of your liking. The workers are so polite.

I had a 1 pm appointment when I arrived it took more than 15 minutes to check in and by 230 pm my car still hadn't been taken in for its oil change. I understand it was a particularly busy day but I should have been told they were behind. I had to get to work so I ended up leaving without my oil change

Crystian provided excellent customer service and thoroughly answered my questions about the recommended updates for the vehicle.

Service was friendly and timely. I was disappointed however, not with the service, but to find out that the engineering design of the GMC logo light for the foot activated rear door lift, which no longer reflects on the ground, is a $30 part replacement that will cost $750 in labor to install. WHAT? totally ridiculous design and engineering. I think I'll just have to live with the failed GMC light - on a 3 year old vehicle. Shame Shame on GM.
