On February 5, 2026, Michael Mullaney, dealer principal of Hudson Buick Cadillac GMC, was honored as one of 47 nominees nationwide for the 2026 TIME Dealer of the Year award. This is one of the automobile industry’s most prestigious honors. He was recognized at the 109th annual National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) alongside fellow nominees, selected from over 20,000 dealers across the country.

The TIME Dealer of the Year award recognizes the nation’s most successful auto dealers who also demonstrate commitment to community service. Mullaney has raised more than $50,000 for the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation and contributed over $60,000 to the Tunnel of Towers Foundation, which provides mortgage-free homes to families of mortally injured service men and women as well as first responders.
Hudson Buick GMC Cadillac also supports food, toy, and blood drives annually and provides scholarships to employees’ families. In addition to his philanthropic efforts, Mullaney has been a dedicated industry leader, serving in key roles with national and state dealer organizations, including his current position as Vice Chairman of the New York State Automobile Dealers Association.
Under Mullaney’s leadership, Hudson Buick GMC Cadillac has earned multiple awards from GM, and underwent a $1 million renovation to enhance operations and customer experience. He emphasizes technician training and service excellence that define the business.
